		<description>I&#039;m a big supporter of parity, but I do think that when the mental illness involved contributes to behavior that is otherwise deemed criminal, a different kind of intervention is probably necessary.  I need to find an example of a mental health court and visit one.  Have you ever been to one or know people who work in them?</description>

		<description>If only we could get people on board with the Wellstone Bill for Mental Health Parity it would go a long way towards lowering recidivism in both adult &amp; juvenile offenders.</description>
