I opened my bookstore June 16 and I've been fighting them off ever since. The first one got me - naive as I was, I thought all I was doing was correcting the name of my business. I didn't read the fine print that merely doing that gets you on the hook for a $298 ad that would have done nothing for me. Yeah, I called and raised hell and got them to cancel it but its a real scam. I get a new one every two weeks. Jeff – when you say predatory, you’re spot on.
