Yeah, you know - I always hate those rankings - I can't remember the last time there was one I trusted, let alone liked. I suppose I can't fault anyone for trying to come up with something, anything to help but...I didn't know or look re: the advertisers. Most of the companies on the list are WM advertisers, which calls the list into question on that count alone. But WM apparently doesn't rely on any outside information (for example, how many of them have paid court-ordered judgments for discrimination against working mothers?) ... and it certainly doesn't require input from employees. It only uses information provided by the companies (PR and HR departments) on the "survey." Umm, well, you might want to take a closer look at WM’s methodology.
