Part of the point of blogging about these episodes, of being okay with how many times Regina Brett or others write about similar situations, is because people SHOULD be haunted. There are so few ways in which we know external forces can impact people&#039;s behavior.  But the closer it comes to home, and the sharper the fall - or rise and fall - the more it stays with us.  And it should.

If it isn&#039;t staying with you, then you need to wonder if you even have a conscience.</description>

		<description>It is a real shame, he could have been a real rising political star.  I thought this DUI issue could have been put behind him and forgiven eventually and chalked up to youthful ignorance.  However, this is clearly something that will haunt him for years to come.</description>
