Happy New Year!
This is just a reminder to those in the 11th congressional district (Rep. Tubbs Jones’s district) that I will be running to be an Obama delegate tomorrow night. Please join me–any registered Democrat or independent is eligible to participate!

Registration starts at 6:00 pm, and the caucus is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm sharp. It should be over fairly quickly after brief speeches and we can all go home and watch the Iowa Caucus results!

The Obama room will be the Campus Center Cafeteria, 2nd FloorFree parking. Entrance gates to use are #5 and #6 on the Woodland Avenue side of the College
This is an open, no-charge caucus. I’ll be running with a slate of candidates that includes Sabra Pierce Scott, Nina Turner, Gayle Horwitz, Judy Rawson, Steve Dettelbach, Julian Rogers, and Tom Warren.
Hors d’oevres to be provided.

Way to go! I would be with you if I could be. But I am a huge Obama fan, read both of his books.
Oh – I won’t be there but I support Subodh in spirit, even though I’m not likely to pull the lever for Obama (I’m a Biden/Dodd/Richardson person, maybe Edwards and you read that right – Hillary isn’t in there).
Any single one of the Dem candidates could do a better job than a composite of all the Republicans. Do NOT get me started.
