Josh is popular in the district, he does a good job, he raises alot of money, and they have many other more "realistic" opportunities which are going to require considerable resources. They'll leave Josh's opponent to his own devices--he'll probably get little support from the party because, frankly, he doesn't stand much of a chance given the district make-up.
