And Obama viewing this as his one true chance to get elected that he decides he should run as an independent with Bloomberg (or someone similar). However the money Obama raised would be forfeited to the democratic party. So Obama would need to start a major uprising, and show people his power by rising 100 million in the first month (previous donating caps would be reset).
