You did not get the land because Turks occupy the land, then you may really like this candidate. Then other Greeks empathize, they support each other’s interest. Its part of networking and ethnicities do it, the Greeks are said to be the second best at it…guess who is first, the Italian rank third as the most successful “ethnic group”. Jewish people do not consider them selves an “ethnic group” some would say it is a faith and not an ethnicity, some may say its a cultural identity, identified though as the number one group in success none the less and that requires networking. All this considered, groups identify within and they certainly network. Do networks sometime burn those outside of the network…. perhaps in some instances. Typically not or unavoidably yes, I have not had my hand slapped by a Greek feminist so I have no specific issue to consider. However, I can think of a county treasurer that could be looked at for taking to much interest in his own, not so much interest but doing favors that are questionable. I believe that the obligation to serve the group has to be within legal boundaries. Then the best networks have the best attorneys…. so here we are.
