Kansas's Democrat Governor actually stated that Mr. Morrison should resign if any allegations of illegal conduct were proven true. The Governor took no stand on the decency, morals, or lack of integrity displayed by Mr. Morrison. So, no moral high ground there for Kansas Dems to stand on at all. Kind of like in Ohio - to say that Governor Strickland and the party's leadership became aware of the rumpus in Columbus at the same time the rest of state did would be like saying the moon is made of cheese. No moral high ground there either for Ohio Democrats to stand on. If Ohio Dems were really outraged, they would've done something much earlier, instead responding only when it was evident that what was going on across the street from the Capitol building would hurt them in November.
