Okay, this is waaaay cool.
She went after the Hilary/Obama divide.
I’m retro-benefiting from your live blog/chat session and loving it. Thanks for this. And I agree with Pundit Mom; it’s time for Obama to build off of his strengths once again and include large, public rallies in his campaign.
Hey all – Jill – thanks! It’s a lot of fun to do but it is intense and my typing skills are only as good as my eyesight these days – and I’m waiting for a new pair of bifocals – ack.
Maybe you can join us next time – I hope to at last do the VP debate if not others but sometimes when other Ohio bloggers host, I go there.
As an Obama supporter I should be dancing in the streets after watching that abysmal interview of Palins. However I don’t have that much faith in the intelligence of the American people.
Her answers where ridiculously rehearsed and memorized. I don’t even know where to start.
When asked about the book banning issue she said she was inquiring what to do if someone objected to material in the library. Ridiculous!
How about they don’t borrow that material?
Not for a second, huh Palin?
When asked if she hesitated when asked to take the VP position she said not at all.
Really? Didn’t stop to consider the effect it would have on those around you? Not to consider if you are up to the job? Just what we need, someone who reacts instead of making careful decisions.
As a wife and mother trying to further my education I would like nothing better than to see a woman in the White House, just not this one.
Mari – thanks for the input.
Yeah – you know, I was just saying to someone, what if Obama made a choice like this? What would the GOP be saying?
Anyway – the focus should be on McCain. I never supported him and I don’t now, only more so.
Sounds to me after Krauthammer (who originated the concept “Bush Doctrine)explained and mocked Charlie Gibson for his ignorance of the Bush doctrine that Gibson was the stupid one. There are four phases of the doctrine that Palin had sked for clarification but the pompous Gibson who thought he KNEW what he was asking played cat and mouse. Pleeease, let the Obama media campaigns see this is losing them votes!
