Nothing blockbuster, good or bad.  Listen here.

A few comments:

They discuss conflict of interest possibilities (minefield), and that Kashkari and Paulson too may not be in place for more than four months.

“He’s very intelligent…very young…”  Kashkari didn’t know Paulson when Paulson was tapped by Bush but Kashkari called him and asked if he could go to Treasury.

NPR slates another story on the plan for later this evening.

The Huffington Post has slightly lengthier piece with a few links but not a ton more info.  Two pieces I noted: Kashkari went to Western Reserve Academy and appears to have been a finalist for the White House Fellows 2006-2007 program (though HuffPo doesn’t assert that with final authority).

Why does Capital One keep sending me blank checks? Actually they keep sending me a pack of them and the first one is for 5K.

What is their plan? Look this one still has good credit…get him?

We need real-time income qualifiers, when you use the card they should say either thank you have nice day…or not today sorry. I am sorry did I miss the part in the constitution that says you have the right to dig hole you cannot possibly get out of ? We can regulate that, not allow them to hand you the shovel.

You know I go to Giant Eagle and fill the tank, the fuel perks are gone the next time I go to get groceries, its not rocket science, limits can be set, its not regulation it is enforcing reality.

Looking for a place to live, if we had a system that looked at who you are then it could offer you a list, this is what is available to you. If you had limits then you may walk out of circuit city with a 24 inch TV and not the 54 inch Plasma. If you really want the plasma TV it will affect you in other ways…figure it out.

More efficient more accountable and highly risk adverse.

We ask for explanations of what is being done, that is different then looking to see if they are doing what needs to be done. Then we have all this disagreement on top of lack of comprehensions, that’s the most alarming. I see so called experts that only cover talking points…as if we are all in high school, what is it the level 9th grade? That the media and that the educational system…that is America.
