Secretary Powell embodies eloquence, sharp thinking and compassion. A beautifully stated endorsement.
Absolutely. And that’s something that some people just have a born predisposition for possessing, I think. Or at least, having more of a likelihood that they’ll develop it, and have more of it, than others. It is really what makes Powell still so powerful and of course, why so many of us were so disappointed in his role in getting into Iraq.
