Jason: Visually appealing.

This only looks good to people looking for inane, rich and milky white people for homogenization and diversity exclusion. Do a lot of residents of Pepper Pike spend a lot of their spare time on the couch watching reruns of "Pleasantville," a black-and-white 1950s sitcom mirroring supposed ideal family shows such as "Leave It To Beaver" or "Father Knows Best." I have one word for people seeking the Pepper Pike lifestyle - PATHETIC !!
