    Oh I am SO glad to see you covering this. There is an excellent blog being run by United Mountain Defense at http://dirtycoaltva.blogspot.com/ which has been documenting this spill since day one. They have done a heroic job with almost no funding. The top post right now is a first person account by Eva Hewitt that is just chilling about how this has impacted the people that live there.
