PUBLIC HEARING TONIGHT re: Waterway Gas & Wash proposal for Pepper Pike


WHAT: Waterway Gas & Wash would like to convert the current BP gas station at Lander Circle into a car wash, gas station and a convenience store. The company will need two variances related to parking in order to build as they’ve proposed. End time of hearing is approximate. It is taking place during the usual time/date set for Planning & Zoning meetings.

WHERE: Pepper Pike City Hall, 2800 Shaker Boulevard, Pepper Pike
